Southwestern Bean Medley

Ingredients
3 cups Vegetable Broth1 Tbsp chili powder1 tsp ground cumin1 can (about 16 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained1 can (about 16 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained1 can (about 16 oz) cannellini beans, rinsed and drained1/2 cup dried lentils1 can (about 16 oz) Muir Glen Chipotle diced tomatoes (or 1 can regular diced tomatoes plus chipotle seasoning)chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients except cilantro in slow cooker. Cover and cook on High 4 - 5 ours or on Low for 6 - 7 hours or until lentils are tender. Add more vegetable broth if needed to maintain a thick soup consistency.
2. Sprinkle with cilantro when served.
