Use fat free broth & sour cream to reduce calories as well as 93% lean ground turkey. Spices you will need are as follows: salt, pepper, 1 clove chopped garlic, 2 tsp. paprika, 1 tsp. marjoram, 2 tbsp. dill, I tsp. cumin, 1 fresh chopped jalapeno (if you like spice) & 2 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley.
Boil pasta to al dente. In seperate pan, brown the meat with olive oil first. Then cook the vegetables with the meat for 5-6 minutes after the meat is brown then add chicken broth and sour cream. Bring to a buble and reduce heat to low. Add cooked pasta and stir. Let pasta absorb sauce for 2-3 minutes. Ajust seasonings if necessary and serve.
