Mom's Teriyaki Chicken Wings

Ingredients
1 Cup Soy Sauce1/4 Cup Brown Sugar1/4 Cup Lemon Juice1/4 Cup Canola Oil7 Cloves Minced Garlic1 Tsp Ground Ginger20 Chicken Wings
Directions
Makes 20 Wings

Place wings into a ziploc bag and set aside.

Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl until all dry ingredients are dissolved. Pour into the bag with the wings. Marinate for at least 4 hours�overnight is better.

Put wings and marinade into a baking pan of appropriate size.
Preheat oven to 325˚ (350˚ for metal pans). Cook for 1.5 to 2 hours. Turn the wings after 40 minutes.

Serve hot.
