Corn Bread (half recipe)

Ingredients
Corn meal, .37 cup Flour, white, .7 cup 1 tbsp Butter (unsalted) 3 tbsp Skim Milk Powder in 0.5c water1 Egg white or 3 Tbsp liquid egg white 2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar2.5 tsp Baking powderdash of salt
Directions
Makes 6 small servings.
Mix dry ingredients together. Make skim milk (half cup) and add egg white. Melt butter and add to liquids. Add liquids all at once to dry, mix until just blended. Ppour batterunto a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 375F for 30 minutes.
