Ingredients
1 c boiling water1/3 c cornmeal1/4 c warm water1 packet yeast2 c AP flour1/2 tbsp salt2 tsp EVOO
Directions
Add boiling water to cornmeal and let sit 5-10 min.
Dissolve yeast in warm water, let sit 5 min

Combine cornmeal mixture, flour, and salt. Add yeast and oil. Let rise 1 hour.

Makes 4 10x6" flatbreads.
