King Ranch Casserole

2 cans Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup1 can Rotel Tomatoes2 cups Shredded cheese (colby, cheddar, jack, your choice)2 lbs cooked boneless skinless chicken breastsTotilla Chips
Cook the chicken by your preferred method (bake, boil, dutch oven)
Drain Rotel then mix with condensed soup
Spray non-stick spray in a 9x12 casserole dish.
Layer ingredient in pan in this order:
1/4 of the Tortilla chips
1/3 of Chicken
1/3 of cheese
1.3 of soup mixture
REPEAT until you have 3 layers then top with final layer of chips.
Bake in preheated 350 degree over for 60 minutes
Remove, sprinkle cheese on top and let sit for 10 minutes.
Serve with Sour Cream, salsa, diced tomatoes, diced onions
Makes 6-8 dinner servings or 12 'party' servings
