Crustless Mushroom Quiche

2 cups mushrooms, chopped0.5 cups of Kirlland egg starts (or 3 eggs)0.75 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 tbsp canola oil0.75 cup milk1 large onion chopped
Preheat oven to 350F
saute mushrooms and onion till soft - set aside.
beat eggs and add milk, shredded cheese, pinch of salt, and pepper.
In dish, place mushroom/onion mixture on bottom and pour egg/cheese mixture. Bake 25 to 35 minutes till golden brown and bubbly!
