Canned Salmon2.5 Garlic dill Pickles1 TBSP Light Mayannoaise6 Slices 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Toasted1.5cm slice of old cheddar cheese1tsp marg per slice of toast
Cut up Pickles into tiny bits and mix with mayo and salmon. Meanwhile toast the bread and butter it. Place toasted bread on cookie sheet and spread salmon mixture over top. Grate chedder cheese over slamon./ Broil in oven until bubbly. Be careful not to catch the toast and burn it.
