Strawberry Yogurt Shake

Ingredients
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt 0%1/2 cup frozen strawberries1/2 cup skim milk1/2 banana2T Flax seed, milled
Directions
Put everything into a large plastic glass that will allow the stick blender to get to the bottom of the container. Blend with a stick blender until smooth. Serve.
