Asian Style Tofu Soup

Ingredients
Napa Cabbage 3lb headBok Choy 2lb head1 medium white onion1/2 bag baby carrots2.5 cups Kitchen Basics Vegetable Stock16 oz Azumaya firm tofu (drained)5 TBSP Kikoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce1 TBSP Kerrigold Pure Irish ButterWater (desired amount)
Directions
Makes 8-12 servings depending on amount of water used.

Chop all vegetables to desired size.
Drain and cube tofu.
Add stock and ingredients to large boiling pot and bring to boil.
Boil to desired texture.
Season to taste w/s,p and desired herbs/spices.
add soy sauce and butter near the end of cooking process/
