3 cups sweet potatoes, 1 cup splenda, 3 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla. topping: 2 cups splenda brown sugar, 1 cup flour, 1 cup peacans, 0.5 cup butter
smash sweet potatoes, mix splenda, eggs and vanilla together pour in a greaser pan.
mix brown sugar , flour, peacans, and melted butter. crumble on top and bake at 350* for 45 min. or until 160*
