4 ounces elbow macaroni For the pasta:1 tablespoon light olive oil1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese1 teaspoon lemon juice1 pinch garlic powder1 pinch dried basil1 pinch dried oregano1 pinch dried cilantro (optional)1 pinch salt and ground black pepper
Boil pasta in salted water for 7-10 minutes. Drain pasta, reserving a cup of the liquid. Return pasta to pot and add all ingredients. Slowly add pasta water to obtain desired level of moisture. Makes 8 1 cup servings of pasta.
