Crock Pot Beef "stew"

Ingredients
3 lbs Top Sirloin Roast1 bunch Celery1 bunch Green Onion1 lg. Yellow Onion4 lg White Potatoes4 Cans Beef Broth (14 oz)1 sm. (or half a large) pkg of Baby Carrots
Directions
Chop up everything however you prefer!! Beef on the bottom (I cube it), I also season with Salt and Pepper, some Basil & sometimes Parsley. Then add the entire chopped yellow onion, carrots next, and then add your green onions, your celery, and finally your potatoes. You can throw your broth in at any time, just make sure you save one can to pour over the top just before you put the lid on. Cook at least 4 hours (usually longer) on the low setting on your crockpot. Enjoy!
