Oat Meal for Three

Ingredients
1.5 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oats2.5 cup 1% milk1.5 tsp Splenda
Directions
Mix it all in a pan and bring it to boil stirring constantly. Serve hot topped with berries. This recipe allows 3 portions that will keep you going until lunch time (but I have something to eat between breakfast and lunch so I can lose weight)
