medium onion medium red pepper 1 garlic clove1-2 lb of ground turkey1 large head of Cabbage2 cups of brown rice1 Jar of traditional Prego
seperate Cabbage leaves & boil until soft
cook rice as package requires
sautee chopped onion, red pepper & mince garlic
cook ground turkey
once turkey cooked & drained
add sautee'd vegies & rice, season with salt & pepper
start with 1/4 of the Prego (add prego until everything coated)
take mix & add to center of a cabbage leaf
Fold & place in a 9" cake pan
(do this until you all cabbage leafs stuffed)
add rest of Prego on top, cover & cook @ 350' for about 30-45 mins
