Red Wine Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb. . boneless, skinless chicken breast1 lg. onion1 Tbsp. Basil8 Tbsp. Red cooking wine
Directions
Coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Over medium heat brown chicken breast on both sides. While the chicken is browning, slice the onion, and mix together the basil and wine. Place onion slices on top of chicken, then add wine mixture. Continue cooking over med. heat until wine has evaporated, approx. 20 minutes.
