Amish Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
Original Quaker Oats Quick cooking oats, 1.5 cup Granulated Sugar, .5 cup Great Value Milk (2 percent), .5 cup Stick Butter - Light (Blue Bonnet), 8 tbsp 1 eggBaking Powder, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Directions
Combine ingredients, mix well. Spread evenly in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Spoon into bowls, add milk to taste. Top with fruit and/or brown sugar if desired. 6 servings. I usually double this recipe in same pan. Glass dish works well.
