Ingredients
75g puy lentils125g soup mix600g vegetable soup mix1 can chopped tomatoes1 can chick peas3 vegetable oxosminimum 1.5 litres boiling water
Directions
put all ingredients into a large pan, bring to boil, cover and simmer for at least 30 mins.

Top up with additional water if required, add cornflour to thicken

Serves at least 8
