Ingredients
1 medium onion1 clove garlic1 tablespoon olive oil2 cups College Inn Chicken Broth (or other chicken broth -- 99% fat free)1/2 cup Fresh tortellini pasta with cheese filling 1/2 cup frozen spinach
Directions
Makes two servings.

Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add chicken broth, pasta, and spinach. Boil until pasta and spinach are cooked.
