Whole Wheat Vegetable Pizza

Ingredients
Crust: 3 cups of flour1 TBS baker's yeast1 1/4 cups of hot water1 TBS of olive oil1 tsp. salt1 TBS of sugar1 cup of pizza saucered peppers, yellow peppers, orange peppers, onions, mushrooms8 oz. of motz. cheeseMix the crust and knead for 5 minutesLet rest of 10 minutesRoll out 1#8 oz of dough in 14 inch pizza pan.1 cup of pizza saucePut all the vegetables on and top with 8 oz. mozz. and bake @ 475 degrees for 7 minutes. Take out of pan and bake directly on the rack for another 3-4 minutes until cheese is golden brown and crust is baked to perfection.
