Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
2 tbl olive oil3 oz chicken breast pieces2 cups broccoli1/2 cup carrots- chopped1/2 cup onion1 cup green peppers- chopped1 cup red peppers- chopped1/4 cup waterchesnutsSAUCEpre-made sauce or i usually make mine with...1 tbl soy sauce1.5 tbl corn starchgingerfresh garlic (3 or 4 cloves)crushed red pepper1/4 cup chicken broth
Directions
I usually cut up all the veggies- set aside.
To make the sauce I usually take about 1/4 cup chicken broth (or a bit less) add 3 or 4 crushed garlic cloves, 1 or 2 tbls of soy sauce, spices like crushed red pepper, ginger, ect. I add a little corn starch to thicken the sauce. i then cook the chicken breast pieces in the sauce so it has more flavor. while this is happening i put 2 tsp of olive oil in a wok or pan and start cooking the veggies. when the chicken is done cooking i just add the sauce and chicken to the veggies and eat!
