Baked Apple Pancake Pie

Ingredients
* *Whole Wheat Flour, .75 cup * Oats, .5 cup * Wheat germ, crude, .25 cup * Salt, .5 tsp * Butter, salted, .5 stick * Egg, fresh, 2 large * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp * Milk, 1%, 1.5 cup * Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple, 3 serving * Maple Syrup, 3 tbsp * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp * Nutmeg, ground, 1 tbsp * *Splenda, 6 tsp
Directions
- heat oven to 325

- mix together flour, oats, wheat germ, salt, splenda

- grease a pie plate well
- peel and slice the apples, throw slices in the pie plate
- sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg

- melt butter
- add wet ingredients to flour mix and whisk til combined
- pour mixture over the apples into the pie plate
- drizzle top with maple syrup if using

- stick in the oven until cooked (approx. 50 minutes depending on your oven)
