B's PB&C Sandwich

Ingredients
2 Slices of Whole Grain Bread2 Tablespoons Creamy or Crunchy Peanut Butter1/2 Cup of Cucumber Slices with Peel (Can add more or less cucumber)*Shredded Carrots (Optional) ** This is not included in the nutritional information.
Directions
1.) Spread half of the peanut butter on one slice or bread and spread the remaining peanut butter on the other slice of bread.

2.) Assemble the cucumber slices on one slice of bread and top with the other slice of bread.

3.) Enjoy!
