Baked Apple

Ingredients
Wash and core apple. Score the skin around middle of apple all the way around. Smear with almond butter and roll in brown sugar and cinnamon. Place on apple baker or other small oven safe dish. Bake at 350 F for 15 min or until soft. Let Apple cool a little and top with ice cream if desired.
