Teriyaki Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry

1 Tbsp Olive Oil2 lbs uncooked frozen shrimp, thawed5 cloves garlic, minced or finely chopped1-8oz pkg sliced fresh mushrooms 1/4 cup red pepper, chopped or sliced2 Green onions, sliced thin1-12 oz pkg Eat Smart Vegetables for Stir Fry1-8 oz can sliced Water Chestnuts, drained4 oz. bean sprouts6 Tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Teriyaki Marinade & SauceServe with Brown Rice (not included in ingredients, nutrition calculations or cook times)
Heat oil in large saute pan or Wok. Add garlic, saute 1-2 min. Add Shrimp. Saute until cooked. Remove Shrimp from wok and set aside.
Stir fry remaining vegetables, adding in the following order and cooking for 1-2 minutes in between each addition: green onion, red pepper, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, stir fry veggies, mushrooms. After adding mushrooms, place cover on pad to allow veggies to steam until tender. Add shrimp back to wok. Toss and heat through. Server over brown rice. Add more sauce to taste
