Mexican Rice Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound extra lean ground beef2 cups raw brown rice, prepared according to pkg directions1 onion, chopped1 bell pepper, chopped1 can Rotel tomatoes and green chiles2 cans cream of chicken soup (98% fat free)2 cans cream of mushroom soup (98% fat free)2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 2%
Directions
Brown ground beef with bell pepper and onion, drain. Mix beef mixture, cooked rice, soups, and rotel. Pour into casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
