Easy Cheesy Chicken, Rice, Broc, ALL IN ONE CROCK POT

3 cups brown rice, uncooked6 cups water2 cans 98% Fat Free Broccoli Cheese Soup4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, frozenOne 16oz package broccoli, frozenBlack pepper and/or your favorite "unsalted" fat-free seasonings1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
Stir uncooked rice, water, broccoli, & one can of soup together in Crockpot. Place frozen chicken breasts on top. Pour second can of soup over chicken breasts and sprinkle with seasonings. Cover and cook in Crockpot on low for 6 hours.
Serve with Chicken breasts over the rice and broccoli. Sprinkle nonfat Cheddar Cheese on top....mmm delicious

This was an easy recipe, however it had drawbacks. There was a LOT of rice, some areas soupy, and the top side of the chicken dried out. However I did enjoy the flavor. - 10/20/09

Modified the cooking time----be sure to cover all the chicken :)....enjoy
