Spanish Rice

Ingredients
16 oz lean ground beef2 cans stewed tomatoes½ cup drained canned green chilis4 T tomato paste1 t chili powder½ t ground cumin½ t salt¼ t pepper6 oz long grained white rice (2 cups of minute brown works well)1 cup frozen corn4T chopped onion
Directions
Spray cooking spray; brown ground beef; add all up through pepper….bring to boil and lower heat;

stir in rice, corn, onion and 2 cup +4T of water; cover and simmer until rice is tender about 35 min. (25 min if using minute rice)
