    4 eggs
    1 tbsp oil
    1 cup rice
    1 cup ham
    1 onion
    i green pepper
    1/2tsp thyme
    1 clove garlic
    1 oxo cube
    2 cups water


saute onion. garlic and pepper. add ham, saute.add rice and thyme, oxo cube and water. simmer until rice is cooked move to side of pan and add beaten eggs.stir

    The thyme was way too strong. If I make it again, I will leave it out completely. I think I would start with rice that is already cooked, and cut the number of eggs down to 1 or 2. It also needs more salt--either an extra bouillon cube or soy sauce. My family didn't like it very much at all. - 5/25/10
