Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

The thyme was way too strong. If I make it again, I will leave it out completely. I think I would start with rice that is already cooked, and cut the number of eggs down to 1 or 2. It also needs more salt--either an extra bouillon cube or soy sauce. My family didn't like it very much at all.
