Cherry Creamy Cheescake

filling:1 lb. cream cheese at room temperature1/4 lb. salted butter at room temperature3/4 cup granulated sugar1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries2 large eggs beaten separately1 tsp. vanilla extractcrust:15 oz. box graham crackers crushed to make crust6 tbsp. butter softed and mixed into graham crackers
-crush graham crackers in food processor and add 6 tbsp. butter for the crust.
-spread half the mixture in square pan sprinkle half on top of filling
-mix cream cheese, butter and sugar in food processor
-add egg yolks, one at a time to cheese mixture
-whip egg whites til stiff
-add cherries, vanilla and egg whites and fold into cheese mixture
-pour on top of graham cracker bottom crust
-add graham cracker crust mixture to the top
-bake at 350 *F for 20 minutes
-cool completely in refrigerator before serving
-serves 16 - 385 calories
