3/4 c Multi grain rotini pasta 0.5 c Tomato sauce 1/3 cup zuccinni chopped small1/3 c shallots chopped 1/3 c red bell pepper chopped smallSprinkle of sugar i guess 1/3 tsp Crushed red peppers garlic salt
Boil water for pasta
While boiling chop veggies
when you add pasta to water start cooking veggies on med
in pan with 1/4 water put lid on them and let steam 5 minutes or till tender
add tomato sauce sprinkle of sugar and sprinkle of crushed red pepper stir in replace lid and let cook remaining time on low then serve top pasta
makes 1 serving double or multiply by 4 if you wish
