Cauliflower Mushroom Bake

Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia) (Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices )*Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 1.25 cup *Caputo Grated Parmesean Cheese, 3 tbsp Butter, 4 tbspblack pepper (to taste)
Preheat oven to 450
cut Cauliflower into small florets and boil for 3 minutes
heat 1.5 Tbsp butter and cook mushrooms for three minutes
Put Cauliflower and mushrooms in oven proof pan.
pepper to taste
sprinkle parm cheese, bread crumbs and small bits of remaining butter across top.
Bake for 15 minutes
