16oz dry black beans(soaked overnight before making the chili)28oz can Crushed Tomatoes6 oz can Tomato Paste7 slices of Turkey Bacon.5 cup Roasted Red Pepper1oz lemon juicefresh basilchili powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and onion, cilantro, black pepper and cayenne, crushed red pepperyou can add whatever seasonings to taste... I like mine spicy!

garnish with fat-free sour cream or grated romano
