Mashed Butternet Squash

Ingredients
6 cups of cubed butternut squash1 tbsp Olivio spread2 tbsp packed brown sugar1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1/8 tsp ground nutmeg1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Place the butternut squash in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, cover and cook until tender when pierced with a fork. Drain well and return to pan. Set pan over low heat and stir the squash to help dry it out a bit. Mash the squash with a potato masher. Add Olivio, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, and stir to combine. Makes 6, 1/2 cup servings.
