Ingredients
oranges...anykind.(canned or fresh or frozen)milk....If needed to make smooth or to add sweetness.ice... to make the smoothie.sugar... to add FlaVor.(opsional)
Directions
1st- get blender,towel,oranges,milk, sugar,ice ready.
2nd-add 2-3 cups of oranges,1/2-1 cup of milk,tsp of sugar,
add as much ice as needed.
3rd-blend together for 2-3 minutes until pieces are blended well.
* put into 2 glasses and enjoy! Refrigerate leftover.
* makes 2 servings! *
