Ingredients
12 oz. evaporated milk1/4 c. flour3 eggs1 c. shredded cheddar.5 c. shredded swiss2 oz. ham, diced1/4 c. sliced scallions1/2 t. thyme1/8 t. pepper1 9-inch frozen pie crust
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine milk and flour until blended. Add eggs, cheeses, ham, scallions, thyme, salt, and pepper. Blend well and pour into pie shell. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
