Joy Z's Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Ingredients
*Flour, white, 1/2 cup (remove)*Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Salt, .25 tsp (remove)1 Pack Rapid Rise Yeast
Directions
Dissolve yeast in 1/4 c warm water. Let sit for 5 minutes. Mix flours and salt. Add oil and yeast mixture. Add enough warm water, no more than 2/3 c to form stiff ball. Cover and let stand 15 minutes. Turn out of floured surface and divide into two equal pieces. Roll out to fit pan. Cook at 425 for 5 minutes. Remove and top with sauce cheese and favorite toppings.
