Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients
6 oz spaghetti2 tablespoons margarine1/2 cup parmessan cheese2 beaten eggs1 lb ground beef1/2 cup onion chopped1/4 cup green pepper1 8 oz can tomato sauce1 6 oz can tomato paste1 teaspoon sugar1 teaspoon oregano1/4 teaspoon garlic salt1 cup cottage cheese1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Directions
Cook spaghetti and drain. Stir in oleo parmessan cheese and eggs. Form spaghetti into sprayed pan bottom. In skillet cook meat, onion, and green eppper until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain fat. Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt. Heat through. Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti crust. Fill pie with tomato mixture. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake 5 minutes more until cheese melts.
