Turkey meatballs, everyday food

1 large egg1/3 cup milk,nonfat1 1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1 medium onion2/3 c dried breadcrumbs1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese1/2 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley1 pound ground turkey, 93% lean
Preheat oven 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, salt, pepper with a fork. Stir in the onion,breadcrumbs, cheese, and parsley. Add the turkey, and mix until combined. FOrm the mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls.
Place meatballs in rows on baking sheet. Bake for about 20 mins, flipping over halfway through.
Serve with tomato sauce and spagetti!
