Spaghetti Sauce for Home Canning

Ingredients
20 lbs tomatoes1 cup chopped green peppers1 cup chopped onion1 cup packed brown sugar5 cloves chopped garlic
Directions
Peel tomatoes
Cook uncovered in large pan for 20 minutes (do not add water)
Add remaining ingredients
Bring to boil and then simmer uncovered until serving consistency (quantitiy should be reduced by about 50%)
Process in boiling water or pressure canner
Makes approximately 4 quarts.
Serving size 1 cup.
