3/4 lb. lean ground beef1 can baked beans 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained1/2 cup packed brown sugar1/2 cup ketchup1 Tbsp cider vinegar1 tsp prepared yellow mustard
1. Brown meat in large nonstick skillet over med.-high heat. Drain fat. Spoon meat into slow cooker.
2. Add beans, brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar and mustard to slow cooker; mix well.
3. Cover; cook on LOW 4 hours or on HIGH 2 hours.
Serve with tortilla chips, corn chips, tortillas or rice.
