Blueberry Congealed Salad

Ingredients
6 oz, box Raspberry Jello1.5 cups of boiling water1 large can of crushed pineappletsp. Sugar/Splenda15oz container of blueberry pie filling.8oz Sour Cream8oz Cream Cheese1/3 Cups of Sugar0.5 tsp of Vanilla0.5 cup of chopped pecans
Directions
Mix 1.5 cups of boiling water with Raspberry Jello.

After mixed add to a bowl of blueberries and pineapples.

Add tsp of sugar

Let chill for 2-3 hours.

Topping

Mix well
8oz Sour Cream
8oz Cream Cheese
1/3 Cups of Sugar
0.5 tsp of Vanilla
0.5 cup of chopped pecans

Once the salad has chilled, pour the topping and let chill for another 15 minutes.



This makes A SMALL FAMILY SERVING. I make it for holidays or picnics with four or five people.
