1 Can Evaporated 2% Milk3 Large Eggs, Beaten2 T All Purpose Flour1/4 t salt1/4 t black pepper2 cups shredded chedder cheese1 cup crab .5 cup chopped sauted onion
Beat the eggs and milk together, add seasonings and flour. Beat util the lumps are gone. Add the rest of the ingreadients. Divide evenly amoutn 12 prepared (with Pam) muffin tins and back. 325 degrees fir 23 - 28 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes. Run a knife around the edge of the muffin tin to remove. Freeze well.
