Weight Watchers Orange breaded chicken

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 cup panko crumbs1 tbsp orange zest2 tbsp orange juice2 tbsp stone ground dijon mustard1 tsp onion powderdash salt
Directions
mix the panko, orange zest and onion powder on a plate. Mix the orange juice, mustard and salt in a bowl. Brush the chicken with the orange juice mix then roll in the panko mix. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until juices run clear.
