Ingredients
93% Lean Ground BeefCream of mushroom soupEggSaltine crackersDried onionBeef BouillonBlack Pepperwater
Directions
1) Crush Saltine crackers
2) Combine beef, crackers, egg, onion, & pepper
3) Roll into meatballs
4) Brown meatballs
5) Drain grease
6) Remove meatballs to plate
7) add 1/2 c water to pan and scrape browned bits off bottom
8) mix in soup and beef bouillon
9) Add meatballs
10) Cover and simmer 20-30 minutes
