Ingredients
Raw chicken wing(s)Seasonigs of your choiceOlive Oil
Directions
Preheat oven on Broil, lower rack(s) in oven to lowest level

Wash chicken throughly, removing any feathers

Season completely and place a piece of aluminum foil in pan, place chicken wing(s) in pan, drizzle a little olive oil over chicken

Put in oven, broil until golden brown on each side (about 20 minutes) , then lower oven temperature to 200, take aluminum foil and cover chicken and seal sides well, bake for remaining time...remove from oven and eat
