Lemon grass turkey and wild rice

Ingredients
2 cups Wild Rice1 lb lean ground turkey1 cup fresh Zucchini, chopped1 cup fresh mushroom, sliced1 can beef broth (I use low sodium)3 tbsp chopped Lemon grass1 tbsp paprika1 tbsp garlic powderBlack pepper to taste
Directions
Prepare wild rice per instructions on package.
In a seperate pan Cook the ground turkey until no longer pink. Add zucchin and mushrooms and cook untill done. (about 5 minutes)
Add beef broth, rice, lemon grass, and seasonings.
Cover and let simmer for another 5 to 10 minutes.
Take off heat and let stand for about 5 minutes. Will have some excess liquid.
