Sam's Simple Pasta Salad

Ingredients
4 cups Cooked Pasta (gemelli or boxties work well)2 Stalks celery, chopped1 large red or yellow pepper, in strips10 canned black olives, sliced2 sm. zucchini sliced1 cup broccoli diced2 tbs. capers1 can tunaDRESSING:2 tbs. extra virgin olive oil2 tbs. red wine vinegar3 tbs. dijon mustardsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Make pasta
Chop vegetables
Put tuna, warm pasta, and vegetables in a bowl
make dressing out of vinegar, oil, and mustard
Toss salad.
