Cinnamon, Almond, Raisin RAW Energy Bars

1 c. Organic Raisins1 c. Whole Almonds (raw, unpeeled)1 tsp. Cinnamon, ground
Rinse the raisins and almonds with some water (this is required, otherwise you will have trouble getting them to stick together when forming the bars)
Mix all ingredients in a food processor or hefty blender with the cinnamon until mixture is ground thoroughly. Lay out a sheet of wax paper and dampen hands. Press mixture onto wax paper forming a rectangle about 9 x 4" (about 1cm thick). Trim edges and press excess mixture on top to even layer. Cut 7 bars across (approx 1.4" x 5")
